This hotel is spacious with very courteous stuff and outstanding food. Have a drink at the outdoor bar. The services are INCREDIBLE, including an amazing pool. In addition, venue has free parking.
Views are awful.

The pool was nice and I had carbonated drinks in the outdoor bar. I found the staff to be decent, hospitable all the time. - the location was perfectly comfortable and decent, to all areas in BKK from there.

I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful and unique decor of the rooms at Swana. The beds were excellent and the staff I interacted with were all very nice and helpful. Despite some drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Rooms are very small and have less space. Breakfast choice is very limited, no variety Many staff don't speak proper english

The staff were uninterested in us and the woman in reception seemed to care more about the film she was watching on her laptop than about us. Location is awful and the area it is in made is feel unsafe walking the 15/20 mins to the khao San road so we had to keep getting taxis or tuk tuks. Also the bed sheets were stained and the air conditioning unit was very loud.

Disaster! It was complete disaster!! Photo of this hotel looked fine. However real hotel was different. I've never been this kind of terrible hotel in my life. Room, bathroom and even towel smells disgusting. I don't recomend this hotel to anyone and never want to visit this hotel or arond the area. It was the worst choice that I've made.

The staff was nice and friendly, and there was always someone at the reception ready to answer our questions. The breakfast was good and there was enough variety to choose from. The rooms were clean and comfortable and had a nice view of the city.
The hotel was located in a rough neighborhood, with a lot of stray animals and dirty alleys nearby. The smell of cigarette smoke inside the rooms was quite overwhelming and unpleasant.

The hotel had good air conditioning and comfortable beds. The staff provided room service until 10 pm which was convenient. The location was great, within walking distance to the Chayo Praya river, Khao San, and the Grand Palace.
The breakfast was very basic, just toast with tea or coffee.

Staff was very kind and accommodating, as well as eager to please. Rooms were clean and ac was great.
Was disappointed that halls are not air conditioned. Wifi is hardly usable, definitely not dependable. They have 4 networks, but none work consistently. The room is not 4 star by any means.

Great value for money, with nice furnishings in modern style. Location is convenient and in a less touristy area, perfect for a quiet stay. Walking distance to Khao San area and basic amenities provided. Good option whether breakfast is included or not.
All was ok.
